Erasmus+ Mobilities

 


 Within the ERASMUS+ program, students (including those of master or doctorate, but with the exception of the 1st year) are granted the opportunity to study in an EU country for a study or placement mobility, such as:

- study mobility SMS - between 3 months and 12 months;
- placement mobility SMP - between 2 months and 12 months; 
Participants students have the the following rights: 
- Before the mobility starts, establishment of one Learning Agreement, together with the home and destination university, this agreement will outline the study program during the training period and credits to be earned 
- The release by the destination institution of a certificate (transcripts of record) containing the results obtained during the study program (credits and marks) 
- Full academic recognition from the home institution of credits obtained during study program in accordance with the Learning Agreement 
- Exemption from payment by the destination university  for study, registration, examination fees  or access to laboratories and library during Erasmus study program
- An additional scholarship to cover partial costs for placements abroad 
- Maintain national scholarship during this study program. 
 
If you are a student at a University Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova, you should know that mobility can take place only at higher education institutions with whom UMF Craiova have closed learning agreements. List of partner universities is available on the UMF website. 

Selection of students is made in March of each year for the next academic year. Selection criteria include evaluation of results during the studies, foreign languages knowledge, motivation, etc. extra-professional activity. Registration is done by submitting a letter of intent and a CV (European format) to the Erasmus Office (email: eu-office@umfcv.ro).
