The choice of places/positions in specialty and training centers will be made on November 26, 27 and 28, 2023 by teleconference. In the University Center Craiova this activity will take place in Aula Magna (Corp B - Bvd.1 Mai, nr.66).
For the smooth running of the selection process for the places and positions put out to competition:

• Candidates or their proxies are requested to bring a valid identity document; proxies must also have a notarized power of attorney.
• Candidates are asked to strictly respect ALL the rules and circuits created by the organizers for access to the room where the distribution is organized - the capacity of the room cannot be exceeded and the distance imposed by the organizers will be respected!
• Access to the room where the distribution will be organized will be in the order of final ranking. As candidates have made their choice, they leave the room along the route indicated by the organizers to allow the next candidates access.
• Candidates' accompanying persons are NOT allowed to enter the allocation room.
• Accompanying persons are asked to strictly follow the instructions given by the organizers/supervision staff.
• In order to avoid overcrowding in the area of the allocation location, candidates are kindly requested to arrive at the location approximately 1 hour before the estimated time to choose their place/position.
• For the information of the candidates, the Ministry of Health will provide a public website on the days of the allocation, where they can follow the progress of the allocation, updated every minute.
• According to the competition rules "Candidates or their proxies who are not present at the date, time and place fixed for the choice of post or place in the specialist field and training center will forfeit their rights in the competition."

IMPORTANT: Candidates from the field of MEDICINE wishing to choose a place in the specialty ORAL AND MAXILARY SURGERY
In accordance with the provisions of Order 1509/2008 with subsequent amendments and additions, these candidates must hold a license in medicine and a license in dentistry / stomatology. At the time of election they MANDATORILY present to the election committee the 2 licenses in original and copy OR certified copies of the two licenses. The copies / certified copies will remain with the committee.

The program of the distribution will be:

• Sunday, November 26, 2023 - from 9:00 - 12:30 - dentistry
• Sunday, November 26, 2023 - between 13:00 - 15:30 - pharmacy 
• Sunday, November 26, 2023 - between 16:00 - 21:00 - medicine
• Monday, November 27, 2023 - from 9:00 - 21:00 - continuation medicine
• Tuesday, November 28, 2023 - starting at 9:00 - continuation medicine
