According to the Competition Methodology:

Starting at 8:30 candidates can enter the room to which they have been assigned. On entering the competition room, candidates must identify themselves to the room manager with their identity card or passport, which must be valid. Candidates without such a valid document will NOT be admitted to the competition hall.

Candidates who are not present in the room when the bags with the question booklets are opened (at 10:00) will NOT be allowed access to the competition room. 

Candidates are kindly requested to follow ALL instructions given by the organizers regarding the observance of the Competition Methodology.
