(1) Administrative Board: provides operational management of the UMFCV between Senate meetings.

(2) The Administrative Board is composed of: the Rector - as President, the Vice-Rectors, the Deans of Faculties, the General Administrative Director and the student representative. The Rector may invite other persons from the academic and administrative management to the meetings of the Administrative Board.

(3) Under the Administrative Board there are the UMFCV Library and the Department of International Relations.
