OPIS/LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION 2024
a) application form - filled in and signed by the candidate - generated by the electronic platform at the end of the application procedure - submitted only with the original file of documents submitted by the candidate declared admitted;
b) baccalaureate diploma or diploma equivalent to it in original or certified copy* / a copy certified as a true copy by the admissions committee staff responsible for this purpose, accompanied by a certificate stating that the original is in the custody of the institution issuing the certificate and that the application fee has been waived or not. * Candidates who have been admitted to another faculty/study program following the July 2024 admission contest may present a certified copy of their baccalaureate diploma accompanied by a certificate stating the faculty/study program to which they were admitted and the conditions of study (budgeted/fee-paying). Failure to submit the original within the specified deadline will result in the candidate declared admitted being downgraded from budgeted places to fee-paying places.
High school graduates from the class of 2024 may present, instead of the baccalaureate diploma, a certificate stating both the General Baccalaureate Average and the General Average of the years of study, and submit the baccalaureate diploma to the faculty secretariat within the deadline.
The baccalaureate diploma must be accompanied by the transcript of records and the candidate must check that the names on the two documents are identical. If the student's school transcript is submitted, it must be accompanied by the student's academic record.

c) certified copy of the birth certificate (and marriage certificate if applicable) - a certified copy will be requested only if the candidate is unable to bring the original document so that a certified copy can be made by the relevant staff of the admission committee) / a copy certified as a true copy by the relevant member of the admissions committee;
d) copy of valid identity card;
e) a standard medical certificate obtained from the family doctor, specifying that the candidate is clinically healthy and has no chronic diseases, issued no more than 15 days before the date of registration for the competition, valid on the date of the admission competition.
Candidates with chronic medical conditions must present medical certificates endorsed by the county (if applicable, of Bucharest municipality) medical commissions for school and professional orientation or certificates from a specialist doctor. The respective certificates will expressly mention the degree of the deficiencies, according to their localization, according to the medical criteria for school and professional orientation, according to the Ministry of Health Order no. 427/1979.
Failure to declare these conditions entails the institutional consequences in force.
f) four passport-size photos;
g) declaration of student status (passed with no outstanding credits at the end of the June-July 2024 exam session) confirmed by the dean of the faculty (only for candidates from the same faculty), as well as a copy of the baccalaureate diploma legalized or certified as true with the original by the secretary's office of the faculty (except for the calculation of the outstanding credits, summer internship of the academic year in question), if applicable;
h) a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, for graduates wishing to pursue a second study program, in original or certified copy (a certified copy will be requested only if the candidate is unable to bring the original document so that a certified copy can be made by the relevant staff of the admission committee) / a copy certified true copy of the original by the staff of the admissions committee (if enrolled in another program of study), in order to take the admissions competition for a place in a budgeted or fee-paying admission;
i) supporting documents for candidates applying for exemption from the application fee - certified copies (a certified copy will be requested only if the candidate is unable to bring the original document so that a certified copy can be made by the relevant staff of the admission committee) /copies certified as true copies by the relevant staff of the admissions committee of: the death certificate(s) of the parent(s) in the case of those orphaned by one or both parents; certificates from the residential service where the child was placed in foster care, in the case of children in this situation, supporting documents for children from single-parent families, certificate for the children of employees of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova and children of teaching staff, regardless of the state educational institution, other documents provided by the regulation for exemption from payment of the registration fee;
j) proof of payment of the application fee. The fee is payable on the admission platform;
k) additional documents, in the case of candidates coming from the special protection system, according to art. 62, para. 1 of Law no. 272/2004;
In order to comply with the provisions in force concerning the system of study documents in Romania, all candidates, including married candidates, will be registered for the competition using the names on their birth certificates.
The term Candidate File/ Competition File refers to the entire documentation required for application, not to the cardboard file as stationery. All these documents will be placed by the technical admission secretariat, after verification, in a cardboard envelope at the institution's premises, on which the candidate's name and competition code will be noted.
Admission Secretaries may request other supporting documents if those uploaded in the application platform do not contain all the necessary information to complete the application process.
It will be taken into consideration that applications for special places will be answered within 24 hours and that UMFCV reserves the right to make verifications with the authorities/institutions that issued the respective documents/recommendations.
Candidates applying for special places will also submit additional documents in accordance with the Competition Regulation.
