CTT-UMFCv is structured into four departments:

Consultancy and Technology transfer Department, which will be made up of experts in the development and management of RDI projects, including researchers specialised in technology transfer.

Intellectual Property Department, which will be made up of patent and copyright specialists with expertise in the processes associated with the protection and use of intellectual property.

Marketing-Licensing Department, which will be made up of professionals experienced in promoting applied research results and technology transfer, organising events and campaigns to promote CTT. Members of this department are responsible for licensing intellectual property rights and monitoring the implementation of contracts concluded, including the organisation of innovation education and training activities.

Research-Development-Innovation Partnership Development Department, which will be made up of specialists in identifying potential partners and relevant topics in the field of research and innovation, thus facilitating the establishment and implementation of effective partnerships and technology transfer.
