• Study of Neurovascular Pathologies through the Characterization of the Expression of the Most Abundant Water Channels in the CNS, Aquaporins 4 and 1, in Individuals with Ischemic Stroke, as well as the Characterization of the Results of Therapeutic Modulation of Aquaporins in Animal Models with Stroke..

• Study of Brain Electrical Activity through a Semiquantitative Evaluation of EEG-Recorded Brain Waves in Relation to Short-Term Affective States.

• Reproducible Development of 3D Anatomical Models Using the UpBox+ (Tiertime) Plastic Filament Printer and the Shining EinScan Max 3D Color Scanner, available in Department 1.

• Creating a Teaching Material Database with Biological Specimens Embedded in Liquid Plexiglass  

  The goal is to produce transparent acrylic blocks that preserve the macroscopic characteristics of native specimens (shape, color, topography, etc.) to serve as durable teaching exhibits. These will enhance the understanding of theoretical concepts related to various anatomical structures or pathological conditions.
