Over the years, the Pediatric Surgery and Orthopedics Clinic of UMF Craiova has developed close collaborative relationships with both the Romanian Society of Pediatric Surgery and other national pediatric surgery societies such as those in France, Greece, Hungary, Bulgaria, Republic of Moldova, Belgium, Israel and the United States of America.

All these links have been materialized through the participation in various international scientific events, the local organization of scientific events with a wide international participation in the Craiova University Centre, the training of clinical staff abroad (France, USA, Belgium, Israel, etc.), the participation in bilateral research contracts (France, USA, Belgium, Bulgaria).
